We have chosen to fundraise for Donegal Mountain Rescue Team in memory of Brian Campbell. This organisation made up of volunteers provided care and support to Brian and his friend Tony. We will be forever grateful to these people for their work, bravery and commitment.
Caomhan (Brian's son) and his partner Erin, along with myself (Brian's niece) will take part in the Waterside Half Marathon in Derry on September 1st. We hope to raise vital funds for the Donegal Mountain Rescue Team, so they can continue the extraordinary work they do.
All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
DMRT provide an emergency response, remote environment and extreme terrain, search and rescue service for the County of Donegal in Ireland. The team is comprised completely of volunteers who are on 24 hour call, 365 days of the year.
