I'm planning to cycle from Mizen (tip of Cork) to Malin (tip of Donegal) in September in aid of the Irish Hospice Foundation and the Rape Crisis Centre. It's a 605km jaunt, and the training has been good craic with all of the rain and wind we've been having this summer. I've done 2,000 km in training already for this and excited to get going!

The Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation is a voluntary charitable organisation which was set up in 1992 to provide a Palliative Care service for patients with life threatening illness in counties Mayo and Roscommon.

Mayo Rape Crisis Centre provides a free and confidential service to any one, 16 years and over who are survivors of child sexual abuse, incest, rape or sexual assault, whether they have been abused recently or in the past.
