For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Kerry, and I am a proud Thyroid Cancer Survivor. This September marks a decade since my diagnosis, a milestone that fills me with immense gratitude and a renewed zest for life. Every year, I seek meaningful ways to give back and celebrate the precious gift of life.

This September, I am thrilled to join a remarkable group of women for this year's Dip in the Nip in support of NECRET. This event has become a cherished tradition for me, growing in significance and participation each year.

Given that this year marks my 10-year cancer anniversary, I wanted to do something truly special. Alongside participating in the Dip in the Nip, I have decided to shave my head. If I reach my fundraising target of €100, I will bravely shave my head on the 6th of September, just two days before the dip.

The support I’ve received throughout my journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, and I am deeply grateful for every bit of encouragement.
