The team at TBB adore dogs! If you've ever been at our front desk and witnessed the whole team run outside to say "hi" to a neighborhood dog, you'll know what we mean... What's more is that we recognize a dog is a great way to improve your health. Just being around them is proven to elevate your oxytocin levels (the happy hormone) and reduce stress levels. And taking them for a walk, gets you moving and out in nature, which is also a mood booster. No wonder we love them so much, because they are so good for our mental & physical health!
All funds raised will go directly to Limerick Animal Welfare (LAW.) Simply click the DONATE button above. All transactions are securely processed.
The event will kick off at 10:30 am from the TBB Fitness parking lot in Raheen, Limerick (V94 27P2) There will be a short, fun PT guided human warm-up and a dog trainer led canine warm-up with some tips to get your dog listening. Everyone can then walk the route at their own pace. We will meet back at TBB for refreshments and a judged competition, with categories like "Dog most like owner," "Waggiest tail" & "Least Enthusiastic." Spot prizes will be awarded. We will walk rain or shine. In the event of a wet day, the competition will be held upstairs in our studio space. You can also share our page using Share options below.
