Growing up, I faced my own battles with mental health. I know what it's like to struggle silently, feeling trapped and alone and not knowing how to reach out for help.

But I also know the power of breaking free from those chains and I'd love to encourage others to reach out and seek support if needed in any shape or form.

That's why I'm embarking on this 1500KM hike from the Eiffel Tower to the Colosseum. It's more than just a journey; It's about daring to dream big and getting the most out of life - whatever that may look like for you.

Through this journey, I want to help break the stigma surrounding mental health. It's completely normal to have bad days but you don't have to bottle things up either. There are fantastic services like Jigsaw that can help you massively - a problem shared is a problem halved.

So join me as I lace up my boots and set out into the unknown. Together, let's rewrite the narrative on mental health.
