Day 31- what a lovely evening to finish off a month of swims. Swimming alongside a sailing regatta , nice crowd at the pier. Thank you everyone for your donations
Day 30- beautiful sunny calm evening for my second last swim. Swam the longer route to the second rock this evening as conditions were calm. Took in a sauna session after in Follaine sauna. Nice way to wind down after the week
Dat 27,28 evening swims down at the pier. Looking forward to some calmer conditions for the next few days. Going to have a go in Follaine sauna for one of the last days
