I never thought I would become a sea dipper but after noticing the chronic swelling disappearing in the ankle I had surgery nearly 10yrs, I got curious to see if it could help with a bout of chronic pain and inflammation I was going through since the start of the year, and it did! 

I decided to give it a go this May and couldn't believe how great I started to feel physically. While there's lots about mental health, you don't hear as much about the physical benefits. My joke was, if only my body felt as good as my head I'd be sorted when people would mention the mental health benefits. FYI, it's just as powerful for our physical health. Give it a go! I was addicted in no time. 

So.... I'm taking part in Swim with Heart for the month of August and doing it to fundraise for Croí. All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
