I've chosen to fundraise for Crohn's and Colitis Ireland . I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in late 2023 and had to have my bowel removed which meant i now have a permanent stoma, raising awareness is so important to me for this very well deserving charity, funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
