I'm taking part in Steps for Stroke 2024.

I've chosen to fundraise for Cork Stroke Support . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause. I am a member of this fantastic facility. in Cork  i am going to walk the 300 000 myself steps myself  in February  i will do most of it on my treadmill at home rather than outside where i might be a danger to traffic!
