I'm taking part in the Irish Hospice Foundation Cycle Challenge 2023 - Cycling over 500km from Prague to Vienna in 5 days starting on July 2nd.
Money raised will fund services such as the Nurses for Night Care service, a vital service which helps people dying with illnesses spend their last days at home surrounded by those they care about most.
All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause. I will be paying all of my own costs for the trip.
