Bray Area Rough Sleepers Support (BARSS) is a voluntary “soup run” which operates 365 days of the year. BARSS receives no government funding and wholly relies on the generosity and support of the local community. The group's objective is clear and simple: to provide hot drinks, sandwiches and snacks every night to anyone who is in need, with a “no questions asked” policy, and to feed anyone who requires their service. In addition, they sometimes provide other small items such as sleeping
Pieta provide free counselling to those with suicidal ideation, those engaging in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide. Staff are fully qualified and provide a professional one-to-one therapeutic service.We also operate 24 hour Helpline 1800 247 247 and Text Help 51444.
