Cork Palestine Solidarity Campaign presents a special screening of the documentary "The Phoenix of Gaza", followed by an in-person Q&A and informed analysis of the current situation in Gaza and the West Bank with the director, Yousef Alhelou.

Join us for an inspiring evening with award-winning Palestinian journalist Yousef Alhelou, who is coming to Cork to present this unique personal film shot just weeks before the genocide began. The Phoenix of Gaza features unseen footage of Gaza before its destruction and now serves as an archive of its past.
The Q&A will provide an opportunity to ask questions to the director. Yousef Alhelou will also present an informed appraisal of the current situation in Gaza and the West Bank following Israel's resumed war
