One hundred
employees are planning to complete Tirlán's Mountain Challenge. Our
charity hike will take place in Connemara National Park, which includes part of
the Twelve Bens mountain range over two days on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th
of October 2024
Tirlán, Ireland’s leading farmer-owned dairy and grain co-operative, and its
employees have chosen Aware as their new charity partner.
Aware is the national organisation supporting people impacted by depression,
bipolar disorder, anxiety and related mood conditions. In 2023, Aware directly
supported approximately 40,000 people via its support and education services.
As part of our mountain climbing challenge, our teams have taken on peaks all
over the country to raise money for good causes. In 2023, the Tirlán team
climbed Irelands highest peak Carrauntoohil raising over €50,000.
Over €400,000 has been raised for charitable causes over the past decade. We'd
