The Survival Challenge

The basic physiological needs of a child are food, water, warmth & rest.

Some of the children in Barnardos services do not have these basic needs met.

Barnardos are looking for companies to put forward a Team leader with their team of 4, to spend 24 hours working together to survive with other companies at an undisclosed location in the midlands.

The challenge will include:

• Breaking you from civilization and bringing you into a survival situation
• Training, learning bushcraft and camp skills and team building
•  Setting survival, mental and physical tasks
• Night skills….Are you afraid of the dark?

This is not ultimate hell week and you don't have be the fittest person in your company but you will be challenged along the way. On the plus side, you will learn new outdoor skills, test your strength as a team and build on your own personal resilience, all while raising much needed funds for Barnardos children’s services.

A Barnardos project worker will join us at night and tell you about children they work with that are true survivors with amazing determination and resilience who are supported by Barnardos services and will benefit from the funds you raise.
