Foxford & District Alzheimer Trust
The Trust was established in 2011 to provide a support service for persons with a Dementia i.e. Alzheimer's within County Mayo. This is achieved through the operations of FACT Social Club Day Support Services Monday to Friday. The Social Club is supported by the funds raised in Memories Charity Shop, Foxford as well as being sponsored by Pobal.
***COVID-19 UPDATE*** due to the current pandemic we will diversify to raise funds for supports in the community outside of the standard daycare service we would normally financially support.***

Foxford Alzheimer's & Community Trust CLG/FACT Social Club promotes social inclusion for people with Dementia specific impairment by supporting them to remain active and involved with their local and wider communities.
where your money goes
Funds raised are used to support the daily operations of FACT Social Club and ensure that the Club Members needs are met through individualised and person centred support plans.
During COVID-19 funds raised will be used to offer support to people living with Dementia in the community.
