Crann is a pioneering Irish charity; we provide life-long solutions for people & families living with neuro-physical disabilities in Munster.
Our community of clients & families access our team of experts, services and facilities on a referral basis and they receive a personalised programme of care to meet their needs.
Since our doors opened in 2018 we have already helped over 500 clients & families through our Model of Care, which is focused on 6 services that allow us to offer holistic & comprehensive wraparound care programmes with personalised plans for each client and their family members.
