Scoil Mhuire Lourdes are hosting an upcoming school fundraiser 'SMILE FOR A MILE 12 hour Walkathon' on Saturday 15th June 2024 from 6am to 6pm. This fundraiser will be dedicated to raising funds for our new vibrant playground.

Phase 1 of our new School Playground is scheduled to take place in July and will be available for the kids from September, however we want to try and commence Phase 2 of the school playground as soon as possible, so that all the children in the school get to fully enjoy what the new playground as to offer.

This initiative for our girls school is absolutely fantastic and will be a massive addition to our school. We believe in the power of active play in shaping healthy, happy kids. Children can see a vast variety of physical and mental benefits through playground play.

Our Smile for a Mile 12 Hour Walkathon will have leaders and walkers for every hour, if you are interested in taking part in our Walkathon please get in touch.
