Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page on iDonate.ie. I've chosen to fundraise for ONE DAY, an incredible Irish charity who facilitate housing orphaned and vulnerable children in Lesotho, a country in Southern Africa. 

In April 2024, I will travel as part of a team of 15 people from various backgrounds to Lesotho to assist with the completion of two new buildings to house the children under the care of the ONE DAY Lesotho family. Each home will house a family unit consisting of 4 to 6 children and local full-time live-in house parents whom ONE DAY support in raising the children. 

My work during this trip will also include providing educational support to the children including those with additional learning needs, some outreach work in the local community and school and sharing specific skills and expertise with the ONE DAY staff and locals of Lesotho.
