UPDATE 01 July 2024.

This year's swim starts at 4:00am on 13 July and will hopefully take me around the circumference of Inismór, a distance of 35 km. The swim is scheduled for July / August and will be dependent on weather and tides in Galway Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The swim is fundraising for Bad Tarrthala Oileain Arann RNLI. The Aran Lifeboat has served the area with great distinction for over 175 years, receiving over 21 medals for bravery.

UPDATE 03 August 2023.

Unfortunately, after testing positive for Covid 19 on August 03 the planned round Inismór Swim has been deferred to summer 2024. I will still fundraise for Bad Tarrthala Oileain Arann RNLI and the iDonate page will remain open.
